I have never had to deal with a legal matter and my case was involving my credit union wanting to reach a settlement for my previous car. Regardless of the situation at hand, I expressed to Mr. Shamberg my desired outcomes and where my thoughts were surrounding what I was accountable and liable for.
Mr. Shamberg, since I had my first consultation with him, is extremely patient, diligent with his work and time and is willing to answer every single question you may have. My case lasted for about 6 months and there was never a time we were not on the same page or in constant communication with him; even just checking in while awaiting responses from opposing counsel and the judge. I have to note that even when I wanted something that was typically not the outcome in settlement cases, Mr. Shamberg listened, gave his professional opinion and still sent my request to opposing counsel although that outcome had very little chance of being accepted. It ended up working in our favor. I can't express how happy I was to have the outcome I wanted and that Mr. Shamberg's diligence with making an offer I wanted came full circle with getting that outcome.

Unfortunately, I also had a home improvement loan on the home. That lender received no funds from the foreclosure sale and sued me for the balance.
