Originally from the Cleveland area, Stefen was principally raised in Mansfield, Ohio. Upon graduating from high school he attended Kent State University obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree, majoring in Political Science. Attracted to the legal profession from an early age, he subsequently earned his Juris Doctorate from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
Stefen began his career with a general practice firm, where he represented clients in cases involving Personal Injury, Worker's Compensation, Disability, Criminal and Traffic, Breach of Contract Defense, Debt Settlement, Foreclosure Defense, Divorce/Dissolution, Child Support, Parenting Disputes and Probate issues. However, after acquiring ownership of the office, he shifted the firm's focus principally towards debt relief services.
Consequently, over more than two (2) decades Stefen has represented thousands of clients repay, reorganize and eliminate millions of dollars in debt.
