All consumers are entitled to a free Report from each of the three (3) Credit Reporting Agencies, Equifax, Experian and TransUnion, once every twelve (12) months.  Those can be obtained either by phone or on-line.

Requests by phone can be made to (877) 322-8228.  However, it will take up to fifteen (15) days before the Reports may be mailed.  So it is typically recommended that you instead obtain them on-line at www.annualcreditreport.com, from which they can either be printed or saved in PDF form.
