If you are delinquent in your mortgage you can cure the issue by paying the Reinstatement.  That would require your remittance of a one-time payment consisting of your arrearage, any late fees, escrow advances, as well as the Court costs and Attorneys' fees incurred by the mortgage servicer if they have filed a foreclosure action.

Once those funds are remitted and clear the servicer's account, their Attorneys will file a Dismissal with the Court concluding the foreclosure proceeding.
